Dear Mr. Patt:

My name is Melissa Alejandra Naranjo Quiroz, and I am a student of the Bachelor Art in English Language Teaching; I am taking a Japanese course as well. I met Mrs. Alexa Del Valle Rodriguez at a teaching congress in Cancun, Quintana Roo, and since then we have been close friends for around five years.

Mrs. Del Valle has experience in teaching at some Mexican universities; she has taught the Sociology course in two languages. She speaks Spanish, which is her native language, and she is also able to speak English fluently. Moreover, Mrs. Del Valle can handle technology such as computers well, and she combines technological and non-technological tools to give her lessons. Her values as a person are entrenched, such as tolerance, comprehension, solidarity, and so on, and they are reflected in the way she treats her students and colleagues. She gives the best of herself in her work, and tries to see the positive side of every challenging situation, by making the effort of learning about anything that surrenders her.

Mrs. Del Valle is a knowledgeable person, and she is focused in her study area which is sociology and health. She is a bilingual teacher, and has great values, which makes her a good professor and colleague. Finally, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this letter; it means a lot.
